I joined the Thai Dumpling class with my 11-year-old daughter and we had so much fun! The class was hands-on and easy to follow, and the dumplings were absolutely delicious.
I especially loved learning the different ways to cook them — not just steaming, but also boiling & served with sauce on top, in soup with veggies, and as potstickers. Tasting all the variations made the experience extra special for both of us.
The gluten-free dumpling wrappers are incredible. They hold up really well, usually gluten-free is crumbly, dry or fragile but these wrappers are not any of the above. The work well frozen and fresh.
The other products I purchased are all high quality and delicious.

We made curry pastes from scratch, cooked juicy fish cakes, grilled chicken satay, and finished with a rich peanut sauce — every dish looked and tasted restaurant-worthy. 🍛
Rany shared practical meal prep tips throughout, always explaining the why behind each step. What stood out most was the focus on fresh ingredients and balancing flavours — the part I always struggle with at home. I left inspired, confident, and ready to recreate it all in my own kitchen. First time our national sales team did a cooking class for team building (was a bit nervous), but it was such a hit! We bonded over Korean fried chicken, full tummies, lots of laughs, and a host with great humour. Everyone got involved, worked as a team, and we loved the food so much there wasn’t much space left for drinks. Can’t wait to try the recipes at home—so easy to follow!
Had amazing fun at a Korean BBQ class for team building. It was a truly unforgettable experience, a feast for the senses: sizzling aromas, vibrant flavors, and the joy of creating and feasting together.
