Inspired by Korean recipes, our onion pickle is true “slow food” and you will taste how time works wonders. Pair with mildly seasoned and oily food like pork belly, boerewors, pasta, fried rice and dumplings. The sharp tanginess of the onions breaks down the fat and cleanses the palate. The brine also makes great salad dressings: refer to the recipe on the label.
