    🥟 Halal-Certified Dumpling Wrappers

    Everybody loves dumplings, but making wrappers from scratch is hard (even to Asians!). Our ready-made wrappers make dumpling-making simple, consistent, and beginner-friendly.

    Which wrapper to use

    • Gyoza wrappers: 10 cm round · 38 sheets · 300 g · ±0.95 mm thick

      A thicker, sturdier and more elastics wrapper designed to hold moisture and shape during cooking. Best for pan-fried dumpling (potstickers), juicy filling like soup dumplings, first time dumpling makers.

    • Wonton wrappers: 9 cm squares · 48 sheets · 300 g · ±0.7 mm thick 

      Delicate, 30% thinner than gyoza wrappers (hence easier to tear), for light fillings and gentle cooking. Best for boiling, steaming, deep frying, advanced dumpling makers.

    How to use

    • Defrost slowly: Move from freezer to fridge the day before use. Do not use microwave defrost mode.

    • Keep covered while workingCover wrappers with a damp (not wet) cloth to prevent edges drying out — especially important in Joburg’s dry climate.

    Ingredients

    • Gyoza Wrappers: wheat flour, water, soybean oil, corn starch (allergens: wheat, soy)
    • Wonton Wrappers: wheat flour, water, salt, egg powder, potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate (allergens: wheat, soy, egg)

    Specifications

    • Shelf life: 4-5 months
    • Storage: Keep frozen. Defrost 24 hours before making dumpling in the fridge.
