As a chef myself I learn new things everytime I do these classes. Rany is a wealth of knowledge teaching even me, a chef of over 30 years, new tricks. I did the first classes because my daughter loves Asian food. 8 classes in and I learn something new everytime. Her techniques are simple for even the novice cook. Her recipes are easy to follow at home. My 15 year old has done all the classes with me and a couple with her brother. She uses the techniques she's learned in her everyday cooking.
I highly recommend doing one of these classes.

The salted lemon paste is magic. It adds the perfect salty citrus depth to savory dishes like chicken marinades, seafood, and soups. But it also shines in sweets. I’ve used it in homemade ice cream, lemon loaf cake, salted lemon cheesecake, and shortbread cookies.

Been buying from Rany for years. My kids love the spring rolls (so good in the air fryer) and the rice balls. I’m obsessed with the dumplings and dipping sauces: so easy to prepare but seriously delicious. Perfect for snacks, entertaining, or a quick meal when I’m home alone. 👍👍
