     COMMUNICATION 

    1. Best is to communicate everything via WhatsApp messages, so we can track and respond to your message quickly from a single communication channel.

    UN-RETURNABLE GOODS

    1. Temperature-sensitive items (anything stored in the freezer or fridge), made-to-order items, downloadable, sales items and gift cards are not for return.
    2. If, however, your items have arrived damaged or broken, we will replace them at our costPlease see the broken or damaged item section

    INCORRECT ITEM 

    1. Please keep the original packaging, including virgin seals and labels, and contact us within 48 hours of the receipt with pictures of the incorrectly delivered item. 
    2. We will send the correct item at our cost.

    BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEM

    1. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with photos of the broken item and the packaging.
    2. We will replace the item at our cost.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGE

    1. For returnable goods, we accept returns and exchanges up to 7 days after delivery. The item must be new, unused, and in its original condition with the virgin seal. A refund is not available if the item was received as a gift.
    2. If the fault is not deemed ours, you will be liable for a 10% admin & handling fee for returns. The delivery fee is not refundable. The refund total is calculated as follows: Original product price - collection fee (if applicable) - 10% admin & handling fee = refund amount. For example, should the original price be R 1,000, the original delivery fee be R 100 (hence total payment be R 1,100) and the collection fee R 100. An admin fee of 10% would apply at R 100. The total refund amount will be: R 1000 - R 100 - R 100 = R 800. Should you choose to receive a voucher, admin & handling fee will not be applied
    3. All refunds and vouchers will be processed every week on the first working day of the week, using the same method of payment you initially used for the purchase. It takes 5-15 working days for credit card refunds before it reflects on your bank account. 
    4. We only accept returns via door to door courier or in-person (by appointment only). If couriered, goods must be returned as delivered with protection materials used for initial packing.
